Solid 3.5 stars. This is your high-end chocolatier for the serious chocolate lover. Located right in Calgary's DT bar/restaurant scene, and surprisingly, owner admittedly said for the new year, he will start to install American Express as it's a good touristy/business clientele area, but I digress. Learned a lot from him: turns out the real chocolate from cocoa comes from just the areas surrounding the equator so only about 10% comes from here; something like that, it was a bit dizzying learning that even chocolate has the fermentation process going on too like wine, to bring out the true flavour. Simply said, the Lindt's, etc. just do a real good job marketing, but that's not the good stuff. I'll be honest, I couldn't tell the major difference, but it's pricey, nice wrapping and all and psychologically, does feel high end to try something prestigious ;)
