Seeing all the negative reviews I was scared to go here for my daughter's blood draw. The first time I came here I walked in and was met by a very rude lady who told me to just have a seat. I waited 20 minutes and finally left. I then went on to their website and scheduled an appointment for the middle of the day. They weren't super busy like the previous time and were able to get us in with 10-15 minutes waiting. We had Lexi draw our daughter's blood. She was very sweet and took her time to find a great vein and was super quick to draw blood. Overall we had a great experience the second time around. I'd recommend making an appointment on their website and asking for Lexi!
