This place has poor customer service & it is a complete scheme to extract as much money as possible from pet owners. Loving & caring for the pets, are not their first priorities.
I took my kitty to see Dr. Elizabeth Asiegbunam, she showed very little knowledge about the situation nor medication related to kitty's skin condition. When she prescribed for antibiotics, she was under dose with the goal of extracting another visit from me for the cash.
Then, the pharmaceutical company says I can ask for the extra 7 days of med on the phone, she refused & was very condescending, saying that I accused her of malpractice. I said, "no, I didn't as we need to find out if you did but I know I will expose you on the Internet for other clients to see." She threatened me & said, "you better be careful as it is slandering."
This woman has no class & zero knowledge of being ethical, professional & reputable.
So I sent their office this review, with so many 1 stars complaints.
Obviously, they don't care!!!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET THERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT HIM/HER.
