New to Phoenix and was looking for a local doctor. By chance, I went in to check things out and got a good vibe from the receptionist. I was able to get an appointment a few hours later that afternoon.
I went back later that afternoon for my appointment with Dr. Fischbeck. One word - WOW!!! He was helpful, thorough, asked all the right questions, answered all my questions, .... he made me feel like I made a really good choice using him as my GP.
I was very pleased with Dr Fischbeck and highly recommend him as a GP. I was also happy that they had a flexible schedule. I have the feeling that if a need arises, they can see me quickly rather than scheduling me in "next week".
I did get a strange vibe from some the receptionists - they didn't all seem to be working on the same team. Then again, I go to the doctor to see the doctor and don't care so much who sits behind the window.
