I really have enjoyed taking my dog here. After my last experience at the ever so snobby Shaggy Chic, I was afraid I would have terrible experiences everywhere, instead, this place informed me that my dog needed anxiety medication as his heart rate gets so high that the whites in his eyes turn red. I would have never known he had anxiety - which explains a lot of his last behavior.
The cashier was very sweet and informed me after his second visit that he would need to see the vet before coming back. I forgot and tried to bring him back and they refused to cut him until he was on medication. I'm sure some pet owners would be upset but this was actually very helpful.
We visited the vet and I explained many situations In Which my dog showed signs of anxiety. He agreed and my dog is now on medication and doing so much better in so many ways!
