Let me tell you - they're great when you can get in contact with them - but customer service is not their priority. They do not return emails promptly ( talking 2 weeks to receive an answer to a question) and most of the time I had to call them to see if they've done everything they were supposed to. I'm glad I research this process and educated myself, because if I had not reviewed my own paperwork everything would have been wrong - from my income listed to the creditors listed. Nice people, no attention to detail or customer service. I'm in it now, but wish i could have found someone better.... I hope everything works out ok.
