I had a Groupon and booked an appointment at 1:30 for my car to be detailed. Once I arrived, he started bombarding me with extra fees and why my car needs it. He told me I would have to pay extra $80 for salt stain removal, leather and upholstery shampoo etc. Funny how a $45 Groupon became $125. Since my car was in bad shape I thought maybe I needed these extra services but what was really fishy was at the end of it, he tells me that we would throw in extra freebies such as applying Rain X. REALLY FUNNY since Rain X is already included in the package. I asked them how long I would have to leave the car and they told me to come back at 5. I came back at 5 and they told me that it would take another additional 30 minutes. I called after 45 minutes wondering if they were done with the car to which they said it would take another 15 minutes. At this time I was really annoyed, wondering why this service is taking so long but I though it's whatever since they were probably taking the time to give me a really good cleaning. WAS I WRONG. I came back after a grueling 4 and half hours just to see my car in complete shit. The dashboard was still dusty, the windows were streaky, the cup holder was tacky....I was in complete disbelief. I had to FLAG one person down so they can wipe the door handles because I noticed stains and the exterior was dirty and had water marks everywhere. Can you believe that?! After 4 and half hours and a price tag of $125 this was my result. Did I mention there were a couple of papers missing from the back fold of the drivers seat? Well I asked them where they placed it since it's not in the car and they gave it back to me....all soaked since it fell behind the washer.
