Contacted Jesse about my girlfriend's first tat. He asked me to email him with the idea for the artwork - which I did. After 2 weeks of waiting, I called his shop and asked for a response since we needed to lock down an appointment for 4th of July weekend. The guy ignored me. So I called Groupon and was refunded and we're going to make an appointment at another shop. My GF said that she didn't feel comfortable having a flake ink her.
Jesse: You're running a BUSINESS... this is no way to treat potential customers.
UPDATE: We ended up going to Revolt Tattoo. What a great shop, great people and really made her first tat a positive memory. And it's right across the way from The Dog Haus - amazing Bratwurst.
