Michael S was awesome! Friendly, thorough and knowledgable. We had an inspection done at our new home to make sure everything was looking good (which it was) and he took the time to point out what was done well and what to watch for - but no "selling" of any services. He helped me to understand how to maintain our RO and Water Softener too! Lots of help with no attempt to get more out of it. Will definitely use him and Penguin in the future when we DO need something done because of the great experience.
