This is a pretty good No Frills. There's one south of here and it's pretty dingy in comparison. I've been to a No Frills in New Brunswick and it was a wreck.
I come here for any packaged food that I might need. Canned seafood, yoghurt, chips, things like that. They do sometimes have good seasonal produce, though like nearly all big grocery stores, the majority of the time the produce is lower quality. Fruit and vegetable stores are almost always going to have better produce, and sometimes Asian grocery stores.
