Isaac from I.C. Home Inspections was very thorough, extremely professional and customer-centric. He had everything set up for us once we got there, comfortable chairs and a large second monitor for us to view our inspection as he took us through it. He was patient with our questions and helping us understand the defects he found in the home. He provided us with a binder for our inspection once he emailed it, should we decide to print a hard copy for our records. He also included a change of address form for our new home! It was clear he was experienced and knowledgeable. He was a true professional and I would highly recommend his business to anyone purchasing a new home.
