I got a wheel alignment done here since there aren't too many shops around downtown that have an alignment rack. When I dropped off the car I was told they would close at 6p that day, so I aimed to get there around 5:45p that day to pick up the car. Unfortunately my streetcar got a little stuck in traffic, but I still managed to get to the shop three minutes to 6p. However, imagine my surprise when I already found them closed and locked. One last mechanic was sitting outside in his car and informed me they already closed ten minutes ago. This caused me having to take the TTC home, get up extra early the next morning, take the TTC to the shop again to pick up the car and then having to park it for $12 a day near my work. The work was as expected, but I'm highly surprised they would close up shop early when they exactly knew I was going to still pick up my car that night. Most shops I've been to would usually be nice enough to wait a few minutes after closing (even though I would never count on that and always try to get there before closing time). This shop had my number, so they could've easily called to inquire if I was still coming around the same day. Instead they just closed up early without informing me and letting me find their doors closed.
