I am thankful I am that I do not live here anymore. I just moved out at lease end because I bought a house after three years of living here. The office staff are condescending, snobby control freaks who only care about having power over you and to nickel and diming you for EVERYTHING! They make it difficult to schedule any kind of maintenance because they have these stupid hours of availability during the week between 9 and 12 and 1 and 4. Most people work during these hours and they will not schedule a specific time because their excuse is that some kind of crisis might occur that will interfere with said appointment. Give me a break! So if a crisis occurs then reschedule the appointments...not that difficult.
At the end of move out they make you get the carpets shampooed no matter if they need to be replaced or not so you waste $100 getting carpets shampooed! Their carpet seems to be low quality that would not be acceptable for a new tenant after three years of living there. That is why I'm sure when I moved in there was new carpet. I promise you they will nickel and dime you for everything upon move out. Final utility bills that are ridiculous. They can also raise your rent by almost $100 dollars which they did to me at lease renewal time last year and not even bat an eye. The rent is already riculously high and they charge $25 per pet plus you are forced to pay for cable whether you want it or not. Things like pest control every month and little ways they find to charge for taxes and fees all add up to stupid amounts.
You will make mistake if you move here. I highly recommend finding somewhere better. I promise they are out there. Camden Pecos Ranch in Chandler was my last apartment before moving to The Edge and they were a million times better in every way. Go check out their reviews and you'll see for yourself. Edge at Lyons Gate...good riddance.
