Well, things have certainly changed for the better since 2011 and there are plenty of people to help you if you need anything. I think on most days there are actually way more associates on the floor than actual customers.....LOL.....that is a good thing though. I came in on Thursday (November 16) to purchase the new Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and when I arrived at around 10:30 am the store was practically empty. However, Taylor (who had only been working there for 5 days.....I always get the new people and I told him as such.....LOL) and the Supervisor Kianna Christensen were absolutely awesome.
I walked out of there only spending 85 bucks and some change due to a great deal I got for my phone and I came back later to take advantage of the 3 accessory deal with 25% off. The store has been completely remolded and it looks GREAT.....it really does make you feel welcome and it is even futuristic looking.....I was really impressed. So if you are ever in the neighborhood and walk into this local Best Buy.....ask for Taylor or Kianna and they will take good care of you. Eat, Drink, and be Merry, my Friends!!!!!
