First, I did not want to come here. I'm very adventurous with my food choices, but the group I was with is not. They are very basic with their food choices. That being said; America is a safe choice when trying to accommodate several people. We were here about 9pm on a Friday night, and it was a ghost town. Seriously, a Friday night on the Strip, and there were only two other groups of people. The service was slow. Ridiculously slow. The waitress so very nice and attentive so it was not her fault it took an extremely long time for our food. I'm not sure what was going on it that kitchen. Maybe the waitress was actually cooking also. Who knows? For an appetizer we had the ahi tuna and watermelon, and I had fish and chips for my dinner. Very basic dishes. Nothing outstanding or beyond my expectations. But the Canyon Rose cocktail I had was awesome as was the Kamikaze shot. Waitress: great, Food: average, Speed of Delivery: horrible. I will not return because they are many other restaurants on my list.
