Won a stay-cation here, 2 nights.. We were given a very nice, clean room on the 25th floor. Our stay for the most part was amazing. I have read the reviews for Westgate on this site & on it's own site also. If you stay in the North tower, yes, it is crowded and it seemed to have a very long line waiting to get on the elevators to the rooms. We were not in this tower so it was never a problem. The room was a bit chilly, the thermostat seemed off, even if we turned up the heat (it was a cold weekend 36 outside) it did blow cold. Some one hid the brochure for the Green button inside the drawer, so although we did not use housekeeping, we also did not get the meal credit which we could have, if we had known. Yes, it is a time share. If you do not talk to, engage, or stop and give the time to the folks trying to get your attention, then you have no problem. We ignored all of them, walked right by them, never engaged them, so no problem. They do charge 4.00 a bottle for water in the room. So bring your own. There was no coffee maker in room, we brought out own since we live 10 min,. away. We had a wonderful time, and are very thankful for the Westgate's honoring Veteran's and giving us a much needed staycation..
