This company is the worst. I was contacted through American home shield for a second opinion for a crack in my line from my master bathroom. This mind you is the 5th plumbing company that had been to my home. They were transferred the call on May 16 I never received a call to schedule so I contacted them on May 26 to come out. The technician David came out May 29 to "diagnose" and found the same issue the previous company had said was wrong. Replace the line in the master bathroom to the main line under my home. So he supposedly was calling it in asap. That never happened 2 days later I'm calling Union Plumbing and I'm getting the run around from dispatch as well as James the "manager" finally I call American home shield and they call the company then the technician to get his report. So they then get me back on the schedule to do repairs. The same technician David comes back out is at my home for maybe 30 mins and tells my fiance that he needs to have a smaller guy "Cesar" come out as David can't fit in the crawl space. Mind you he's already been to my home once before and knew how big the crawl space was and where the pipes were. So Cesar comes out 2 days later after I had to call them and schedule again since no one called me. He is at my home again maybe 30 mins and tells my fiance that he needs additional acces made. So again I call Union Plumbing and ask them what's going on and they say that Cesar has to call in to get authorization for the additional access. I then tell them I will make the acces cutting a whole in my spare bedroom floor about 2'x2'. The schedule me again for Monday 6/18 I asked to be his first stop on the time frame of 8-12 then they show up once again to do "repairs" but then tell my fiance they don't have the materials to do the repairs and will have to come back again. So I call once again to schedule since they didn't have the materials. They schedule me for 6/19 again I asked for his very first stop since this is now the the 5th time they have been to my house. So Tuesday comes and it's 11:00am so I call once again and speak to James the manager he tells me that the technician should be at my house in 45 mins as he was getting his materials for the day. So David once again shows up at 12:03pm (I have the ring doorbell so I can see when he got there) is at my home about 45 mins. After he spent most of the time in his truck asks to use my bathroom to change his shorts to pants then goes down in the access space that we cut and then proceeded to tell fiance once again that he would have to go purchase a suit to put on to go under the house and leaves. About an hour goes by and I get a call from the technician stating he couldn't do the repairs cause there was too many bugs under the home. Mind you I got the house fogged by a pest control company on May 31st. We are almost 3 weeks now since this repair was approved. This company made every excuse to not do the work they were approved for and come to find out had also already been paid for by the warranty company. I have never in my life dealt with a company that lies time and time again. They are absolutely the worst company to use. Please stay away from this cheating lying company. They are not repitable what so ever.
