Alright boys and girls, look at my picture and let me explain how it's done. The trick is to make sure you add the vegetables first. When you are in line it will be the meats, however skip and go straight to the vegetables THEN pile on the protein. This will allow you to have the best leverage on putting as much and high into one bowl as possible. They do not discriminate, whatever you can get on the bowl you are good to go! You can also just go all meat if you are not much of a vege lover... Make sure you get a regular size bowl and if done right, you will eat plenty enough there and have the exact same portion you ate if not more to take home for leftovers! Also for the best flavors, add a lot of different combination of sauces and ask for both rice and noodles as well as a cracked egg! This place is very valuable, we come here often and if you have a Ballantyne card you get a discount during lunch hours. Love this place and highly recommended!
