Never use this place!!!! I used them a year ago and THE SAME THING HAPPENED, I forgot I used them before but when I got the same experience I will never forget them. I called them and they came, I asked the guy #1 for his card. He barked, " I got no card, I just have the invoice". I told him my refrigerator wasn't cold enough, he said, "it's cold feels cold to me, what exactly is not cold enough for you?" He had no thermometer just used his hand. We measured it later and it was 67 degrees! Then I said, "Look its not cold enough my ice is melting." He said "Oh, well I am not a specialist in your type of fridge I will call my specialist." (WTH???) Specialist??? You guys arent Dr.'s you're repair people get a grip! A nice gentleman came the next day, ordered a part, next day it didnt come in, and the next day it came in but it wasnt the right part. The guy apologized and admitted they didn't have the part to fix my fridge. He was very nice, but my advice to him would be to not work for Allstate. They are terrible!
