We just recently moved out of Mountain Park Ranch but lived there for 4 1/2 years... At 1st we rented because of the location (next to Sun Ray Park and the little mountain preserve behind it) and the curb appeal. After we moved we noticed how the community is continuously well kept (grounds are polish and clean), Office staff is professional and super friendly (they even have "special" treats for my dog in their office) and they would promptly take care of any problems, Maintenance staff fixes things right away and are very good at communicating about the repairs done.
Now, I do have to say we did get a few scorpions but is NOT "an infestation" (like some people say) plus to be honest we do live in the desert, it is NOT a big deal people!!! and they also offer free exterminator services so I can assure you they have it under control.
Needless to say WE LOVED IT! I would recommend Mountain Park Ranch to anyone who's looking for a beautiful community, with convenient location, great management and most importantly great service. Our money was well worth it in this community.
