A year ago, I came in here and told them I specifically need a TB test for school and they just gave me a SKIN TEST not a tb QUANTIFERON GOLD test which specifically said that's what I needed in my school paperwork. I really hate shots but since they messed up I had to take it again but the right test this time. When I got my tb test they made a mistake on my appointment date and when I showed up it was over 72 hours and I had to do the whole process all over again which made me the last student to turn in my paperwork to school. I was really upset and I spoke to the manager, they were apologetic and I just said it's ok the damage is done.
***TODAY*** I graduated and now working as a RRT and it's now my boyfriend's turn to go to RT school and get his shots before training at a hospital. I told him about this place and I can't believe THEY DID THE SAME MISTAKE TO HIM. I thought they changed since they still have 4 stars up. I was so wrong.
HINT:***If you plan to go here triple check everything THEY do and tell them specifically things that need to be done 3 times before you end up investing your time and money to this place. Check your paper work before you leave the clinic to make sure they filled it out RIGHT for you!***
