I'm not even sure why there's the word shawarma after Lazeez. I walked in at 11:30 on a Sunday to find a ton of meat on the griddle being cooked and another two containers of very thinly diced chicken. This only tells me this is all very old chicken that's being reheated. Specially when there were two large spots that were not ready to served. Someone needs to educate these people that a shawarma is meant to be sliced right from the spit in to your pita wrap. Not sliced reheated. And diced. Why open a shawarma joint when you know nothing about it?
