Tried to get two copies each of a mailbox key and house key. Only one of the mailbox keys worked, neither house key. Took them back and he re-cut them on top of the keys he cut before. Not surprisingly, still did not work, so went back a third time for a refund. Their comment was my lock was bad, in spite of the fact the original keys worked. Went elsewhere, and got all copied successfully (and much more cheerfully), for less than half the price!
