I have come to this dealer for a few years for oil changes in my F150 and the service continually gets worse each time, the wait times are longer and longer and they keep your vehicle and after an hour and half tell you they get to it and to bring it back some other time. I guess when they have more business then they can handle with horrible service I only blame myself for coming back. I guess it's time for me to just do it myself again, it take a lot less time and it gets done right.
My advice, don't waste your time, find somewhere that actually wants your business.
