If only I had known about these guys before I went through the hassle, and expense, of dealing with Verizon's mobile phone replacement vendor, Asurion. Instead of waiting 2 days for a replacement phone, only to find that not everything transferred over, I could have had my phone's screen repaired and everything up and running in TWO HOURS, which is what I eventually did. Rich and Bobby were professional, courteous, and inspired confidence (that my device would be good as new very quickly). Yes, it cost a bit more than I expected, but it was worth it, for peace of mind. For broken or damaged device repair, ditch Asurion, and use these guys! NOTE: as Verizon pointed out, device replacement insurance does come in handy for stolen or lost devices.
