They had the batteries I needed and even installed them in key fobs for my car. Prices were good. Clerk behind the cash register was friendly and knowledgeable.
The person at the cash register seemed to be the person in charge of locating items, answering questions and installing batteries. I had to wait while the person ahead of me had batteries installed. The customers behind me had to wait while I had batteries installed. There was a second clerk, behind another counter and within five feet of the cash register, who seemed to be very good at ignoring the whole process.
The person behind the cash register was great. The person five feet away needs a crash course in customer relations.
