The food is really, really good. The first time we ate at Bobby Q's we were doing tastings for my daughter's wedding. We were at the Phoenix location and they brought a sampling of all of their most popular dishes. We booked with them as soon as we were done trying it! They catered the wedding and the food was incredible. Initially the guests were saying things like "BBQ at a wedding? Eww." But by the end of the reception they were telling me it was the best wedding food they've ever had. We had special wedding bibs for everyone and there was plenty of food! I've since visited the new Mesa location several times and just made reservations for Mother's Day. Hard to believe this is the same owner as Bobby McGees! Try it, you won't be disappointed!
