I realize there's one closer to me, but I think this one does it all a little better. Maybe it's because it was the first one, or that the owner frequents this one a fair amount. I don't know. But I do remember that I would make a pilgrimage to this one well before the other ones opened up. This was my go to place before they opened the others.
All the shops, and especially this one, have a good vibe to them. You have knowledgeable staff and great choices of meats and cuts. Everything is clean and well laid out. They are small, but comfortable spaces with plenty to see. On the down side, because they are in these small little retail spaces, the parking can be a little bit of a battle.
I bring a cooler with me to store all the meaty goods away from the blistering Vegas heat. Which might be a good idea for anyone who has to travel any distance. they've always been concientious about providing items to help keep the meats cooled. I have ne hesitation to recommend them if you want a quality product and especially if you are looking for that special cut for a special occassion.
