We moved in last July 2015 and found the apartment to be ok -- nothing great -- and the cost was way OVERPRICED, but we needed in this area due to my son's work and school location.
You could count on just about every Friday and Saturday night, the people that live right next to the pool would have a loud party, screaming and being drunk and taken over the pool and barbecue area with all their family and friends. Every time we went over to use the barbecue area, they had taken the whole area up with all their people and SHIT, so we could never seem to use the barbecue when we wanted to on a Friday or Saturday night. The worst part was, that these same low-lifes would party until 2am-3am and we had to hear their LOUD NOISE and Drama just about every weekend !
On a position note -- the maintenance guys were great -- very professional and quickly handle our maintenance issues (we had a few).
The manager of Tesora -- Daisy D. was down right rude. Always rude, condensing and smug in her demeanor -- Fake as could be ! I would NO Way recommend to any of my family and friend to rent from Tesora, because they would probably have to deal with her!
