Mannerless and rude mgmt-
Can't follow or hear the guide talking v poor mike
Bus windows are tinted with blocking tiled paper so v difficult to see out of u are sitting downstairs
Guide lady was ill mouthed and bored us to death with her personal details ant her boyfriend
Resorts to cheap tricks to extort money by hook or crook
Will never recommend this to anybody who awaiting a nice time or day in Vegas
no one told us on day 1 of tour thy physical copies of. Ticket was mandatory to board the bus on day2 !!! We did have the online soft copy of prof of purchase with all info.. The manager on phone was a complete ass....and argued that this condition was in fine pint...
The manager and ticket issuer were so rude and outright mannerless ..
She said we had to pay 10$ per head AGAIN to reissue the physical copy of ticket.. LIAR it is not stated so in the ticket at all ..we got cut out ticket in hotel room and .. I pleaded with her as it was raining plus the hotel was but far .. And as tourist who wishes to cover many places don't wanna waste my time up and down when I had proof in soft copy..
Manager was heartless and this company just is interested in sucking money from innocent tourist with cheap tricks and conditions.. She talked as if it was written in stone that is u changeable with absolutely no exceptions .. I hated that attitude where u give importance to policy more than the spirit or intention of entertaining ESP wen u are in the entertainment tourism industry
We went to Vegas in May 23-25 and purchased the ticket for some 39$ per adult (it's cheaper in groupon 21$ only so always check that before -I wish I had known ant this beforehand) . Anyhow I justified it was ok as it's valid for 2 days.it was a bitter experience
I hated how they spoilt our holiday and made me feel .. I lose hope on mankind seeing or Talking to such specimens
