LOVE THIS PLACE. I was very hesitant to try this place considering I had never done a Pilates class. From the time I walked in I felt welcome. The instructor (Chantell) went out of her way to make sure I felt welcome and understood how the machine worked before class started.
Once the class began she also helped make sure I was doing all the positions and workouts properly without calling me out in front of the class, making it obvious I was new to all of this. This doesn't seem like a big deal, but when it is your first class and you are trying to figure it all out, it is so nice to have an instructor who assists and helps you with the workout.
I could go on and on about this studio.. It is a great place and the workout is unlike anything I have ever done. It is a great workout and works every part of the body. I would recommend this studio to ANYONE.. If you have never taken a class or are a veteran, this place is the place to go. I am very thankful to have found this studio and am excited to continue taking classes here.
