Wish I could give this a negative star. Terrible customer service. My warranty expires in two days so I went to have my Hoover serviced. The owner claimed that since I bought it on EBay he couldn't do anything about it. Not only did I show him confirmation that I bought it with a re manufactured warranty from the Hoover store on eBay, I also showed him an email from customer service saying we had a warranty and to take it to a service center. He still would not fix it and was rude about it. So save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere this guy is a jerk.
