True professionals & their customer service is outstanding! I've been in to Hit Factory several times and have always had an awesome experience with their coaches.
This is the only place around that gives you more options in training than just a pitching machine in a batting cage. Whether it is throwing BP behind the L, or using the machine to work different speeds and pitch types, bullpen, receiving drills, drills off the tee, or whatever, it's up to you. That kind of flexibility to mix into a single session in an indoor facility is gold, especially in the dog days.
