I agree with Chi H. who wrote on 3/19/14. .....the only difference being that I hired them based on a bunch of you others who gave them 5 stars....WTF. The guy was pretty gruff on the phone when I talked to him; my wife was there to receive the table, and said the installer was a really rude grouch, who had zero personality and nothing to offer other than to set up the table. Clearly hates his job, and life in general. Oh well, our table is now home, and level......there are so many good options and life is too short to put up with that crap. Next time we will go elsewhere....just say'n!
