Wonderful nurses here! All in all I had a good experience. The jacuzzi tub in the labor room was amazing, the food service was great, and I couldn't have asked for better nurses to help me deliver. I had absolutely no pain medication during labor, and although it was the absolute worst pain of my entire life, they were able to coach me through it and bring me some sense of control. The only complaints I have is that after I delivered my son and my family came to see me, a person from billing interrupted us to talk about my insurance and bill with no mind to our company... Come on, that could wait at least until they left. Also, the nurses couldn't get the delivery bed to hold up the stirrups (so I literally had two nurses holding my legs for me to push against) and the bed they put me in after birth also didn't work properly. I was in immense pain, so that turned out to be a bigger deal than it initially seemed. To this day (over a year later), I have issues with my sacrum. I always wonder if I had the support I needed, if I would be in this much pain today.
