The most expensive macarons I had in Toronto were from La Bamboche. I know why they charge the prices they charge because each macarons had the same consistency texture wise. Hands down they win for my favorite texture. The initial bite is a nice crunch and as you keep on eating it, it's a bit chewy which is exactly the way I love my macarons. I don't remember all six flavours I tried from here but I remember the champagne strawberry being really delicious (you can definitely taste the champagne) and the mystery macaron was also interesting. Flavour wise, I cannot say they're my favourite. I still give them 4 stars because the macarons were close to perfection but I'm most likely not coming back here just because of the price point.
