The rental process seemed seamless through Chris via email. He was very responsive and when I needed to change something on my order, he did it immediately and without problem. However, when I went to pick up the rental around 5 I was approached by a man (later known as Josh) who tells me, "You're late." First of all, I was not given a time frame of when they needed to be picked up so I didn't think my timing was off. Definitely something they need to work on when informing customers. They then proceed to process my order. Chris confirmed that 8 foot tables would for sure fit in my Ford Escape if I had a hatch. But what I didn't realize is it wouldn't work. So after all I needed 6 foot tables instead. Luckily, Wayne was very accommodating and gave some tables that fit. Both of the gentlemen at the warehouse seemed a bit bothered as communication between them and Chris wasn't always good. They stated sometimes he books appointments and they're not informed, thus, over booking them. Good thing to know for future renters. Overall I would use them again. They just need to work out some kinks in their rental process.
