Honestly If I could give no stars I would. The building is dirty, not well maintained. The office staff is terrible. I have made several appointments to get the referrals I need through my HMO. They are unprofessional and disorganized. Every time I go back, they have no idea why I am there and have nothing ready. They do not follow up on lab work results or process referrals timely. The doctor told me I had iron deficiency only to send me to another doctor who reviewed my labs and they never even tested my iron. They also wrote the wrong diagnosis on my referral form. I have left numerous messages for weeks at a time for the staff but can only get a call back if I call the office manager or show up in person with my request. The front and back office staff are all young, inexperienced and do not care about the patients needs. While I was waiting to have blood work done, the referral clerk was having a loud shouting match with her boyfriend, who also works there using profanities. They were less than 5 feet away from me. When the doctor walked by, I asked, "is this normal?" He just smirked. This is more of a romper room than a professional medical office. The only thing that they do...and I feel they abuse, is make unnecessary follow up appointments. I have gone there 4 times to get 1 referral processed. Every time I got there, the test results were requested but lost and I would have to return or they would need to give another copy of the request for referral to the clerk who does nothing with them. All the while, they send yet another bill to my insurance and charge me yet another co-pay. This is ridiculous! After 7... yes 7 months of dealing with them ... I finally got my referral. I will be changing my PCP asap. If anyone can recommend a good family doctor who accepts HPN, please contact me! STAY AWAY from this place.
