First, my condolences to Dr. Zamboni. This is the guy I wanted to perform my surgery. Any who, I have been trying to get into this office since June. Someone made an appointment for me, let me sit in the office for 20 minutes without telling me I needed a referral. When my Primary sent one over as soon as she could (the next day), they told me they never received it. I got their fax number again and had my primary re-send my referral (a month later). "we'll call you when we get it." Its now September and when I called, they tell me they'll take my name and number because they have to check to see if they even perform the surgery I need. These people are playing with lives! My condition is causing severe depression. Needless to say, I haven't heard from ANY ONE IN WEEKS!
