I've gone to about 10 Pilates classes here now and I gotta say it's pretty special. Coming in you're always greeted and the classes are an intimate size of roughly 10 people. The part that I really loved is that as someone new to Pilates the instructors make sure to pay special attention to the new clients making sure positions and posture are where they're supposed to be.
