I last visited with the Oasis on either late Aug 2015 or early Sept 2015. I was trying to let them know I maybe late due to my doctor had me to go get something done on me but then when I called up again to say I wasn't for sure I will make that appointment, I said please call me. I never heard back and I called again, it was answering machine and I said to cancel as my counselor, Heidi Bank, was suppose to be notified of my calls which I don't if she was or not. The front desk person is Corina when I last came for my last appointment there, she was on the phone on her personal stuff and on it a good while we're waiting for our appointment. I thought when on a business phone, you keep it short. I was amazed when no one bothered to follow up to reschedule or anything. I don't know how business do this and keep the business going. Also, I requested for a personality test to see what I needed to work on and they charged an arm and a leg $400 but with Heidi's service for 50 min, she was charging $120 or so as I was able to talk her into because I've been on time of payments to go down to $100 for 50 min.
