Disappointed. I was researching for a good doctor for a breast reduction and my insurance referred me to Dr Smith as he was contracted with my insurance. When I called to schedule a consult, they immediately told me that he doesn't take any insurance. Called my insurance and they said they would speak to their office and get it straightened out. A few weeks later, my insurance called and said that they requested to be removed from the insurance. Definitely made me think that all this Dr cares about is $$$. I would of offered tipsy the difference. It's a shame that for me a medically necessary procedure that I'm sure will change my life was denied. I have found another Dr that is so nice and is in process of getting insurance approved. This office made me feel like I was looking for a free hand out and I would never recommend them.
