Just a quick review of your recent service on our 2016 Charleston motor home. First of all Emily was the best of help, getting us set up on our time schedule, accepting our replacement slide topper into the shop until we arrived at our campground. She is exceptional.
Then second, Jim and Gordy came out to install the topper which turned out to be an all day job, but they hung in there like the champions they are and did a wonderful job. You see that slide is right at 28 feet long and the whole thing had to be replaced from start to finish after taking the only thing left of the old one off (you see, the high gusty wind on I40 right outside of Albuquerque somehow got under the cover and blew the awning over the top of our bus, tubes, roller, fabric and all......my husband had to climb on top of the coach in 40 mph winds with excessive gusts and use a razor knife to cut it off. Fortunately, it somehow managed to leave the deflector cover, so it didn't damage the wall of the slide.). Thanks so much, Emily, Gordy and Jim for such great service. Lois and Glenn Daniells
