++ Added to Note: I accidentally left this review for another location (listed servicing Matthews) which incorrectly covers my area on Yelp. They should fix that error, not my fault, the correct location is on WT Harris. I've also received more attention in the past few days than I ever received during the YEAR with my paid service with this company. My review is honest and I stand by it. Stop emailing, mailing, responding and trying to fix this problem after I went public. It is done.
-We used this location for about a year but they recently changed ownership and it went downhill. Most recently, they cleaned in the morning & left the back door to our home wide open all day, the front door unlocked and our alarm off. Our cats were missing (thankfully later found). When we called to let them know what happened there was a lack of concern & they stated they would send back our key.
I noticed the next day that our kitchen floors were so slick that I had to clean them twice more & slipped dangerously entering the shower because they didn't rinse out the cleaner.
I do not recommend.
I do feel bad leaving this review as the owner has apologized and seems very sincere. It does not change the fact that my home, family & pets were left exposed for over 8 hours when you were given explicit directions to lock our doors and reset our alarm. We gave you the keys to our home & with that, a lot of trust.
