American has again screwed up its combination with US Airlines by having a conversion of frequent flyer miles that doesn't work. Just one more sloppy misstep. They have managed to mess up every step of the conversion -- especially no staff training. American staff are flat out hostile to anything to do with US Airways. Try Southwest.
