Where do I begin? I came here for a pedicure and got the eyelash extensions too. Big mistake! They were horrible so I went to have them taken off shortly after they applied them. They sat me in a metal folding chair in the very back in a hallway space by their supply room and break room. She applied something to my eyes and told me not to open them. As I sat there with my eyes closed the solution was seeping in between my eyelashes BURNING my eyes. Unable to open them and being left in the back I had to call for someone. The older lady working there came and wiped my eyes and once again told me to not open them. I didn't.. But the solution she used was leaking between my shut lids and burning me. Sitting in the chair with tears rolling down my face (due to the chemical burn) I had to beg for her to take it off and said I was leaving. I didn't even care if their tacky lashes were still caked on. She began pulling them off my eyes and as she did so she ripped my own eyelashes right off from about halfway down my lashes. After she finished I even paid for this horrific ordeal. I got in my car and my eyes were red inside and swollen and red outside from the chemicals BURNING me. I looked at my lashes and my once LONG lashes (i got them because my hair is light) were stubs. This salon is ridiculous, rude, unprofessional and needs serious training for their tacky eyelash extensions. Pay a little more and go to a reputable salon. I wouldn't go back if they gave it to me for FREE.
