This Starbucks location was very recently remodeled and is very clean and appealing inside. The Baristas here are very efficient and friendly and do a great job with the mid-afternoon coffee rush that I frequently find myself in the middle of. As others have noted, I've never seen any of them mess up a drink order.
It's worth noting that you can enter this location from both inside and outside the 200 Public Square Building (AKA BP tower, Standard Oil of Ohio Building). While they do not have outside seating, many take their coffee to the interior of the public square building to drink in the atrium, which has approximately one dozen small tables.
