Was really happy with the service and the friendly technician. Prices were reasonable, and the result looked great. I have used other cleaning companies in the past that were not as professional and did not leave the carpet looking as nice. I did initially leave a message that they missed, but they got back to me right away when I emailed them-so try email if you don't hear back right away. Would highly recommend!
