We were tired of banquet and casino food so decided to have dinner at Ko'Sin. Started with the chicken tortilla soup which had a thick tomato base. I'm used to more of a chicken broth or cream chicken base. It was good but not great. The beef short ribs with gnocchi was simply fantastic! That had to be the most tender beef I have ever had my life. Really a fine dish with an explosion of taste without being overpowering on any one ingredient. For desert I had the milk chocolate pumpkin bread pudding with tons of whipped cream and a nice sauce. It wasn't what I expected but it was delicious nonetheless. The service was absolutely among the finest I have ever experienced anywhere, and I'm pretty tough to please. Our waiter, Alex, was impeccable and even the busboy Chris was on top of things. I didn't have any special order but the table near me was disappointed that there was no prawn cocktail. The waiter consulted the kitchen and a great prawn cocktail was produced within minutes. Ko'Sin gets five stars for the service alone. And the meal was great overall.
