I contacted Verizon's Customer Care in Georgia and put together a detailed plan to upgrade from a tablet to a new phone on my account, which includes 3 devices. The CC representative gave me the step-by-step process, and advised me exactly how this transition could take place. She indicated that I should work only with a corporate Verizon store, not one of the franchise stores, to accomplish this. I called this Happy Valley store and was advised that Verizon's customer care staff person was 100% incorrect, even though I confirmed it with a supervisor at CC. The bottom line is...this store was absolutely no help to me. All they wanted to do was sell me a new phone at full retail price.
